Itu sudah membuktikan bahwa kejutan awal di lomba tarik tambang dalam rangka memerihakan acara HUT RI ke 74 tingkat kecamatan mranggen tahun 2019, minggu 4 agustus 2019 yang bertempat di lapangan desa bandungrejo. Dalam kegiatan kali ini diadakan lomba tarik tambang antar instansi terkait tingkat kecamatan, terdiri dari 19 desa dan beberapa OPD. Aturan maninnya dengan mengikutsertakan 5 orang pemain dari unsur dinas terkait, untuk desa harus perangkat desa dan seterusnya.<\/p>\n<p>Laga pembuka di buka dengan pertandingan antara muspika kecamatan mranggen yang di wakili oleh camat mranggen Bpk Wiwin Edi WIdodo, S.Sos, MM, danrmil mranggen Bpk Kapten INF. Subowo, wakapolsek mranggen Bpk UPTU M.Sigit Hadi Kiswanto, SE , ketua panitia HUT RI ke 74 Bpk Abdul Kholiq AP, MM serta kepala UPTD Digbut Mranggen Bpk Sugiono S.Pd M.Pd melawan perwakilan kepala desa yang di wakili oleh Kepala Desa Kebonbatur, brumbung, karangsono, Kalitengah serta tuan rumah Kepala desa bandungrejo. Dalam laga pembukaan tersebut di menangkan oleh perwakilan dari muspika kec. Mranggen<\/p>\n<p>Kurang lebih 3 jam berjalannya semua pertandingan tarik tambang tersebut, akhirnya dalam laga final kelompok UPTD Digbud berhasil mengalahkan perwakilan dari Desa Waru dan menjadi
